St. Catherine’s Church. The church with the most unlucky tower in Gdańsk. It has burned three times since it was built: The first fire was caused by lightning, the second happened during the war, and the third fire was accidentally started during a renovation project carried out in the church. Despite all these unfortunate events, the tower now performs two unique functions: it houses the only pulsar clock in the world and a carillon, a musical instrument consisting of multiple bells.
